Maureen is a Certified Accountant with over 3 years working experience in the provision of accountancy and business solutions services to top tier local companies in Ghana and related entities of the Ghana Securities and Exchange commission. She is an Associate member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Coast, Ghana.

Prior to joining Temple Investments, Maureen worked with PFC Auditing Services as an Audit Assistant and also as an Accounts Officer at the College of Distance Education, University of Cape Coast. Further to this, she has worked on research projects with the University of Cape Coast and Bonn Rhein Sieg University of Applied Sciences, Germany.

Cecilia is an experienced investment banker with over 15-years industry experience covering Sub-Saharan Africa and Europe regions. Cecilia has extensive knowledge in investment advisory, debt capital markets, structured financing and private equity to name a few.

Prior to co-founding Temple, Cecilia worked for top companies such as Stanbic Bank Ghana, Standard Chartered UK, Morgan Stanley UK, Goldman Sachs UK and International Finance Corporation Ghana. During her career, Cecilia has originated, structured and executed several debt financing transactions for clients in the Sub-Saharan Africa, some of which were awarded Deal of the Year by The Banker (FT) Magazine. As Managing Director and Head of Fixed Income and Advisory at Temple, she has lead Temple to become the leading Debt Capital Markets house and No 1 Arranger and Bookrunner for Corporate Bonds in Ghana.

Kodjo Hesse is an experienced investment banker with a strong quantitative background. Kodjo has over 15 years of experience in banking, trading and technology in the UK, US, Japan and Ghana.

Before co-founding Temple, Kodjo was previously Vice President at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in the UK under the Fixed Income Division, working as part of the foreign exchange exotics options trading business worth over US$ 2 billion. He has also worked in Structured Credit and Fixed Income Strategies for one of the largest global hedge funds, Citadel Investments Group in Chicago, Illinois as well as with Lehman Brothers in Japan. At Temple, Kodjo has led the structuring and execution of several transactions and has spearheaded our Private Equity Investment Arm by co-founding expressPay and Accra College of Medicine. Kodjo is also responsible for Fixed Income Trading and Structuring at Temple.

Stephen Ofori-Okai graduated University of Ghana with a Bachelor of Science Honours in Statistics and Mathematics. He has completed the Ghana Stock Exchange Securities Courses. Stephen has also passed the CFA Level 1 Exam. He has previously worked at Teachers Fund Financial Services as a Loan Monitoring Officer. Prior to that, he served as a tutor and a research assistant at University of Ghana’s Institute of Continuous and Distant learning Centre in Sunyani.

His role at Temple includes undertaking industry research on topics which cuts across all sectors of the economy, assisting with the management of Temple’s proprietary accounts as well as clients’ funds, and also playing various roles in Temple’s financial advisory services, handling day to day administration of Temple’s fund management services. Stephen also assists in performing financial analysis of companies and provides insight into fixed income and other securities.
